Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation or rescheduling with 48 to 24 hours’ notice:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 to 24 hours’ notice there will be no charge, and we will gladly accommodate your request.

  2. Cancellation or rescheduling without notice or no-show:

    • If you fail to provide any notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for paying half of the scheduled appointment fee.

    • This fee is necessary to compensate our staff for their time and to cover the costs associated with the unused appointment slot.

      PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

    • We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, and we will consider these on a case by case basis.

    • If you frequently cancel or reschedule appoints without sufficient notice, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

    • If you arrive late for your appointment, the full duration of scheduled appointment may not be possible, and you will still be responsible for the full appointment fee.

Child Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our clients, we have implemented a child free policy at our salon. We kindly request that you make appropriate arrangements for childcare before scheduling your appointment.
